For decades Amsco has been finding new ways to increase the life of dragline wear parts which are subjected to continued abuse in severe digging and stripping applications. Our customers

have been rewarded with cast components providing longer wear life between part changeouts, in high impact and/or high abrasion digging applications.

Dragline lips, drag and hoist chain, trunnion links, hitch plate links, anchor brackets, rope sockets, side pin teeth and numerous other components constitute the extensive Amsco line.

Key Benefits:

• Side pin teeth are cast from field proven Amsco CSB alloy, a martensitic, chromium-nickel-molybdenum steel, which has demonstrated a 50% longer life in side by side tests. The two piece design provides fast, easy changeout and reduces throw away metal. Extra heavy duty tips and adapter configurations deliver more tons per tooth
• Various fittings and devises for drag and hoist chains are demonstrating their high degree of integrity under conditions of very high shock loading and abrasive wear. Recent field tests comparing the downtime of side by side riggings indicated 68% greater reliability of the Amsco parts.
• Amsco dragline chain is available in either low alloy or manganese steel and is provided complete with required end fittings. Chain size from three (3) to six (6) inches is available.
